Roadmap

Shipped in releases, and we’ll tell you which one you’re buying.

We run our own agency on it. Each release is a working product rather than a phase of a rewrite — so what’s below the line genuinely isn’t there yet, and we’d rather you read that here than find out in week two.

LiveRelease 1

The ground floor

Tenancy, real people in real roles, a configurable board shape and one shared surface a client actually uses. It ships without work items on purpose: the access model gets exercised before there’s anything valuable to leak.

Done means: you invite a real customer, they log in, you post a meeting summary, they reply — and the negative test suite passes.

  • Agency, customers, projects — isolated in the database itself, on every record
  • Invites, roles, project scoping, deactivation
  • Board columns with stage mapping and client labels
  • The shared client feed, and the client’s questions in it
  • An audit trail behind every change, and your accent colour

The loop

The whole working loop with one real client, not internal-first — request, estimate, approve, work, log, deliver, and the client’s month in hours. Still no euros anywhere.

This is the release that makes the product worth paying for, and the one the early agencies are shaping right now.

  • Work items, board drag, drawer and detail view
  • Client requests, internal vs quoted estimates, one-click approval
  • Timer and manual entry, my week, internal notes
  • Internal items, all-work board, spawn items from a summary
  • The client’s month in hours, and the daily digest email
Next · H1 2027Release 3

Money becomes visible

The first euro appears. Rates, the month you approve before it’s invoiced, an invoice draft you can export, and the client’s billing overview with amounts — for client admins only.

Early-access agencies pay nothing until this ships.

  • Rate cards per customer, project and person
  • Month approval — draft becomes invoiceable, then frozen
  • Invoice draft, CSV and PDF export
  • All four billing models, including retainers with a cap
  • Estimate push-back, client-visible comments
PlannedRelease 4

The relationship

Everything that makes a long client relationship easier rather than a single month: retainers that roll, top-ups, email-to-request, freelancers, and the numbers you need to price the next quarter.

  • Retainers, caps and top-ups
  • Email-to-request — a forwarded mail becomes an item
  • Freelancer access, utilisation per person and team
  • API and webhooks, read and write
  • Full export in one button — items, hours, feed and attachments
PlannedRelease 5

Sellable

The point at which another agency can run it as their own platform: contracts, workflows, their domain, their identity provider — and the margin numbers that make it a business decision rather than a tooling one.

  • Contract overview, margin per project
  • Workflows, automations, transition rules and WIP limits
  • Full white-label on your own domain, tenant resolution
  • SSO, SCIM, audit export, weekly client digests

Dates are the direction, not a promise. What we do commit to: a release ships only when it’s usable end to end, features arrive on the plan you already pay for, and nothing that’s live today moves behind a higher tier later.

Asked before you ask

The six questions every agency owner has raised in a first call.

Will my clients actually log in?
Some won’t, and the product assumes it. Every update also arrives as one readable daily email they can reply to — the portal is where it’s true, not the only way to reach it.
Do I have to show clients my hours?
Per item, and per entry. Anything internal never reaches them and its hours don’t count toward the number they see. Retainer and fixed-price work can show progress without hours at all.
Does it replace my invoicing?
No. It produces the agreed, approved hours and a draft; your accounting keeps doing what it does. Export as CSV or PDF, or pull the same numbers through the API.
Can I import from Jira, Asana, Trello?
CSV import for items and customers, and we do the first migration with you. Two-way sync isn’t on the roadmap — two systems of record is the problem, not the solution.
What if I leave?
Items, hours, feed and attachments, in formats a spreadsheet opens — no export fee and no thirty-day hostage window. That is the commitment today: ask and we run it for you. The one-button version is in the relationship release.
Is it for freelancers?
It works solo, but it earns its place around three people and two clients — when nobody can hold the whole month in their head. Freelancer-as-collaborator access arrives with the relationship release.

The next release is being shaped by ten agencies. There’s room.

Free until billing ships, migration done by us, and real influence over what comes after.
