Properties and prospects in one shared overview.
Each property becomes a project, and each interested party a card you move from first enquiry to the notary. You send the Exposé as a link and see who actually opened it, while the owner follows the sale on their own overview instead of calling you every other day.
- The owner calls every other day to ask how the viewings went
- Exposé PDFs forwarded around with no idea who actually read them
- Notes on each prospect scattered across email, phone and paper

Could we mention the new windows as well?
Added — thanks for the reminder.

Your board, in your words
Name the columns the way your team talks. Each one sits in one of seven stages, the steps from backlog to done that AgencyOS understands, and gets a label written for your client.
| Your column | Stage | Client reads |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry | Backlog | Enquiry |
| Viewing booked | Planned | Viewing booked |
| Viewed | In progress | Viewed |
| Financing checked | Review | Financing checked |
| Offer | Review | Offer received |
| Notary | Done | At the notary |

The Exposé goes out as a link
Write the Exposé as a page and share it by link. Each reader confirms their email first, and you see who opened it and how often, without anyone needing an account.

Enquiries arrive as cards
With the planned intake forms, each enquiry will land on the property’s board as its own card, with the answers already filled in. Until then, you add a prospect in a few seconds.

Each prospect moves through the columns
Viewing booked, viewed, financing checked, offer: every card shows where that party stands, and your notes about them stay internal.

The owner sees the sale progress
The owner signs in with a link from their inbox and finds the property’s overview: what is happening, what was decided and the latest documents.

Prospects never get an account, and that is deliberate. Everyone reading the same Exposé link sees the comments left on it and the names of whoever wrote them, though never their email addresses, so ask prospects to send their questions by email or phone. AgencyOS doesn’t publish listings to property portals; the Exposé link travels alongside your listing.
See it with your own customers in it.
We’ll set up your workspace with you and move your current projects over before the first call ends.
